What we ask for and why

When you book on this website you leave your name, your phone number and, if you want, your email, the reason for the visit and, if you are on holiday, your hotel and the day you leave. We use them only to give you the appointment, confirm it, remind you the day before and contact you if it has to change.

We do not sell or share them, and we do not send you advertising without your permission.

Where they are kept and for how long

The booking request is stored on the website's server, run for the clinic by Mercurio Systems as data processor. Only clinic staff with their personal login can see it. It is deleted automatically 30 days after the appointment date.

If you are a patient, your clinical record is kept by the clinic in its management system, as always.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to tudentistard.od@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. We answer as soon as possible and at the latest within the terms of Dominican Law 172-13 on personal data protection.

Chat and visitor guide

If you write in the website chat, we keep the conversation to answer you and, if you book from there, the appointment details. Conversations are deleted 30 days after the last message.

If you ask for a discount in the visitor guide, we keep your name, contact, date and party size to create your code. The partner sees only your first name, the date and party size, never your phone or email. The clinic receives a commission from the partner: your price does not change. The personal data of the code is deleted after one year.

Cookies

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, so we don't ask for consent. Only the staff's internal panel uses one technical cookie to keep the session open.

Health information

Treatment texts are for information and do not replace a visit. Indicative days and published prices are always confirmed after the dentist's assessment and, when needed, an X-ray.

Images

Team and façade photos belong to the clinic. The other photographs are illustrative and do not show the clinic's patients or premises.
